How do I return my RMA equipment to Frame?

Instructions on how to return RMA equipment to Frame for service

1. Clearly label all boxes with the Frame Communications Ltd (“Frame”) shipping address and RMA Number.

2. Please DO NOT send accessories with the units unless specifically asked to do so by Frame Technical Support. (Power cords; manuals; cables; SFPs; cases etc.)

Frame shall not be held responsible for these parts if sent without authorisation.

3. Please provide as much information about the RMA contents (serial no(s) etc.) and any relevant details/descriptions regarding faults.

4. The Customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the RMA item(s) to Frame, including customs fees.

5. The Customer shall be responsible for completing/providing any customs documents necessary for exporting from the originating country. In most cases a simple Commercial Invoice should be sufficient. Any other restrictions and laws, employed by the customer’s country, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

6. FedEx or UPS, are Frame preferred couriers.

 

Return of items to customer

1. Items still under warranty shall be returned, from Frame to the customer, using a prepaid standard courier service. Any alternative means of shipment, requested by the customer, may be subject to additional charges. The customer shall be responsible for customs clearance.

2. Items no longer under warranty shall be returned, from Frame to the customer, using a prepaid standard courier service. Any alternative means of shipment, requested by the customer, may be subject to additional charges. The customer shall be responsible for customs clearance.
